The subscription for ordinary membership must be for two years plus the entrance fee (RM100 + RM50). Thank you. PSM is one of the leading clubs in Malaysia, providing a mixed programme of competitions and activities, and organising a well established International Exhibition of Photography. Because of its national status, it is able to attract prominent judges and photographers from all parts of the country and abroad. The Society welcomes beginners as well as experienced photographers from all age groups. Our approach to photographic styles and techniques aims to stimulate and encourage members of all abilities to fulfil their photographic potential. We offer members a wide variety of activities, travel opportunities, photo and digital competitions, study groups via mail and the internet, how-to programmes, an annual conference/gathering and a raft of other activities and services. If photography is your passion, or you think it could be, we will be very pleased to see you. Members grow with us as photographers and discover their potential in an exciting and varied world of photography.

2 Types of memberships available: Life member - RM600 (RM400 for Senior Citizens) Ordinary member - RM50 per year

Society Competitions:

PSM holds annual Prints and outing competitions with an additional Digital competition held 3 times a year. See menu bar for past winners and future contests. Seals of Merit are awarded by the visiting judge to Primary, Intermediate , Advanced and Digital competition workers at each competiton. Seal winners are eligible to enter the end of year member competitions for each category with cups awarded to the winners. PSM also hold a bi-annual International Exhibition of Photography which is open to all photographers. For further details on the exhibition scene, please contact the Head of Exhibition Department.
